Flight Vest – Technical Down Vest for Cold Weather Backpacking

The Flight Vest is a premium technical down vest for cold weather backpacking, alpine layering, and ultralight insulation when conditions demand maximum warmth with minimal weight. Designed for serious backcountry use, it offers the warmth of a puffy without the bulk of a full-sleeve jacket — ideal for core warmth during cold starts, summit pushes, or crisp camp mornings.

Weighing just 6.5 oz (184g), the Flight Vest is filled with 850+ fill power ethically sourced goose down and finished with a durable 20-denier ripstop nylon shell. It delivers outstanding warmth-to-weight performance and compresses easily into a small stuff sack or pack lid — the kind of layer you’ll always find room for, even on fast-and-light missions.

The vest features a full-length insulated zipper, elastic armholes, and a drawcord hem to seal in heat and prevent drafts. It’s trim enough to layer under a shell or parka but warm enough to wear on its own over a base layer.
