The Assurance Valve "Eliminator" 8-Cylinder Automatic CO2 Changeover is the ultimate "set-and-forget" gas management solution for high-demand environments. Featuring a purely mechanical, non-electric design, this switchover system is completely immune to power outages and solenoid failures. It is engineered to manifold eight CO2 cylinders together—maintaining four cylinders in the "primary" bank and four in the "reserve" bank. When the primary bank is exhausted, the Eliminator automatically and seamlessly switches to the reserve bank, ensuring an uninterrupted flow of gas to your soda fountains, draught lines, or grow room.

Built with heavy-duty brass and stainless steel internal components, the Eliminator is famous for its "everlasting" performance and is backed by an industry-leading 20-year manufacturer warranty. The system includes high-pressure hoses with CGA-320 tank connections, allowing for a straightforward, foolproof installation. This model is specifically calibrated for CO2 ONLY, with a factory-set changeover threshold of approximately 185-200 PSI, maximizing the utility of every tank by using all available gas before switching.

Critical Mounting Rule: To prevent liquid CO2 from entering the valve and your secondary regulators, always mount the Eliminator body on a wall at least 10 inches above the cylinder valves. Operating Procedure: To "lock in" your first bank of four cylinders, turn them on first and verify the indicator moves to that side. Then, turn on the four reserve cylinders. You can replace the empty side while the system is under pressure from the reserve side, ensuring zero downtime for your business.
